From Mehta Associates to SYZE Enviro Solution

Our story

The organisation began in the 1980s as Mehta Associates, under Mr. Ashok Kumar Mehta. Over the following decades it built a record in national infrastructure, carrying out turnkey work for defence, telecom and meteorological agencies: radome antenna installations for BEL and IMD, satellite earth station infrastructure for VSNL, and tower erection across difficult terrain in Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East.

In 2008 the firm was restructured as Ashok Kumar Contractor, under the same proprietor, and moved into public-sector civil works under the Haryana Engineering Works Portal (HEWP). Its work includes telecom tower foundations from 20 m to 90 m, earthing grids, RCC tanks, manholes and pumping infrastructure for water supply, for PHED Haryana in Sirsa, Fatehabad, Rohtak, Hansi, Dabwali and Ambala, and public utility works for the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA).

As public utilities moved to digital compliance and real-time visibility, SYZE Enviro Solution became the firm's technology partner. SYZE builds the industrial data loggers, Modbus sensor networks and cloud dashboards used for STP monitoring and CPCB / HSPCB telemetry, so a project is delivered from the field to the board's server by one team.

Parshall flumes and flow monitoring at the Behrampur and Dhanwapur STPs, up to 120 MLD in a single plant.

Own OCEMS data logger, water analysers and a monitoring platform connected to CPCB, HSPCB and PPCB.

What we do

Defence and telecom infrastructure: Turnkey works for BEL, VSNL, Tata Telecom and IMD: radar antenna foundations, telecom towers from 20 m to 90 m, earthing and lightning protection, cable trays and painting, to military tolerances.
Civil and water works: Registered on HEWP as a Class IV contractor. Water supply pipelines, pump houses, RCC tanks, manholes, sluice chambers and automated flow-meter installations for PHED Sirsa, Fatehabad and Ambala, and public infrastructure improvements for GMDA.
Technology partner: SYZE Enviro Solution designs the rugged data loggers, local displays and field RTUs that bring multi-sensor telemetry into every project.
Monitoring kits: Plug-and-play kits for STP parameters (flow, DO, pH, BOD, TSS), air quality stations, groundwater drawdown studies and stack emissions, on 4G or RS485, with local data caching and remote diagnostics.
Compliance first: Hardware and software follow CPCB, HSPCB and PHED protocols. Reports follow Jal Shakti, AMRUT and Smart City submission formats, with audit-ready backups and calibration records.
