CPCB's new OCEMS portal
What changed, and how a plant in Haryana or Punjab is connected
CPCB built a new OCEMS portal, cems.cpcb.gov.in, for direct transmission of data from industries to the CPCB server, and asked industries registered on the old portal to register on the new one: Delhi-NCR by 15 October 2025 and the rest of the country by 15 November 2025, failing which CPCB may take action.
State boards keep their own servers. A plant in Haryana sends to HSPCB and to CPCB; a plant in Punjab to PPCB and to CPCB.
How we connect a plant
Register the devices
Each monitoring device of the plant is registered on the portal with its station and its parameters.
Enter the device credentials
CPCB issues credentials for each device. We enter them in our platform, which sends the device's readings as 15-minute values, encrypted and signed as the portal requires.
Test before sending
The encryption is tested and the first values are confirmed as accepted before regular sending starts.
Keep the evidence
Every submission is logged with the data sent and the portal's reply, and an alarm is raised if data stops reaching CPCB.
What does not change
- Your instruments
- Analysers and flow meters stay as they are; only the data path changes.
- Your state board
- HSPCB and PPCB keep receiving data on their own servers, in their own formats.
- One data logger
- The same data logger feeds CPCB, the state board and any other destination.
See it working
Ask us to check whether your plant's devices are connected to the new portal.
