Online pH analyser

pH at the outlet on its own port, with automatic temperature compensation

pH tells whether effluent is acidic or alkaline. It is measured with a glass electrode, with automatic temperature compensation, in the outlet channel next to the optical probe, and connected to its own RS485 port on the data logger.

Keeping pH readings right

Calibrated with buffers
Calibrated with standard buffer solutions, each calibration recorded.
Electrode care
Kept clean and wet; replaced when it responds slowly or will not calibrate.
Its own port
A fault in the pH electrode cannot stop COD, BOD or TSS, and the reverse.
Temperature compensated
The reading is corrected for the effluent's temperature automatically.

Questions

How long does a pH electrode last?

It depends on the effluent and its temperature. We replace it when it responds slowly or no longer calibrates, under the maintenance contract where there is one.

Can we calibrate pH ourselves?

Yes, with standard buffers; the panel's calibration settings are behind a service passcode, and we show your staff how at handover.
