One contract, three plants
Three plants of different sizes under one contract need the same thing at each outlet: continuous BOD, COD, TSS and pH, and a record that stands up when a board asks about a reading. Using one design at all three keeps operation and maintenance the same at each plant.
What we are doing
Online analysers at each outlet
An optical probe for COD, BOD and TSS and a pH electrode at each plant's outlet.
A data logger at each plant
Each instrument on its own RS485 port, readings stored on site before they are sent.
Every upload logged
Readings uploaded continuously, each submission kept with the reply received.
