OCEMS operation, maintenance, AMC and calibration
Keeping a station accurate, connected and accepted by the boards, year after year
An OCEMS station is only as good as its last calibration and its last successful upload. We run multi-year operation and maintenance contracts for PHED sewage treatment plants - four years at Kalanwali, five at Jhajjar, ten at Dharuhera and until 2030 at Tosham - and annual maintenance contracts for industries.
We maintain the stations we install and take over existing ones: at Tosham the contract began with an overall repair of the system already on site.

What a maintenance contract covers
- Scheduled visits
- Cleaning of the probe and electrodes, and checks of the sample line, pump, cabling, power and UPS, on a fixed schedule.
- Calibration with records
- pH against buffer solutions, the analyser checked against laboratory results for the same sample, flow meters checked for zero and range; every calibration recorded with its date and values.
- Repairs
- Faults attended by our own field team; under a comprehensive contract, spares included.
- Connectivity watched every day
- Our platform raises an alarm when a station stops sending or data stops reaching CPCB, HSPCB or PPCB, so a gap is fixed before it becomes a notice.
- Evidence for the boards
- Every submission kept with the data sent and the board's reply, ready when a board asks about missing data.
- Reports
- Monthly service reports for the plant or the PHED division.
Kinds of contract
| Contract | What it includes | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| AMC | Scheduled visits, cleaning, calibration and connectivity watch; spares quoted separately | Industries with their own staff on site |
| Comprehensive AMC | Everything in an AMC, with spares and repairs included | Plants that want one fixed yearly cost |
| Operation and maintenance | Day-to-day running, calibration, repairs and board connectivity for the contract period, often four to ten years | PHED and municipal STPs under tender |
Taking over an existing station
Site survey
We check the instruments, panel, power and internet, and what reaches each board today.
Repair and recalibration
Faulty parts repaired or replaced and every instrument recalibrated.
Connection to our platform
The instruments connected to our data logger over Modbus, so every reading, upload and board reply is recorded.
Regular maintenance
Visits, calibration and reports on the agreed schedule.
Questions about maintenance
Can you maintain a system another company installed?
Yes. We survey it first and tell you what needs repair before the contract starts. At Tosham our contract began with an overall repair of the existing system.
How often is OCEMS calibrated?
At commissioning, then at the intervals in CPCB's guidelines and your consent conditions, and whenever a check against the laboratory shows drift. Each calibration is recorded.
What happens if data stops reaching a board?
Our platform raises an alarm, we check the station remotely and send a technician if needed. The submission log shows exactly when data stopped and when it resumed.
See it working
Tell us about your station and when it was last calibrated, and we will propose a maintenance plan.
