Kalanwali 9.5 MLD STP: from flow meters to full OCEMS
Online analyser, flow meter and RTU for PHED Mandi Dabwali, with four years of O&M
Kalanwali's sewage treatment plant in Sirsa district is one we have worked on twice. In 2019-20 we fitted electromagnetic flow meters with RTUs at Kalanwali and Dabwali for PHED Mandi Dabwali. In 2025-26 the division asked for full online monitoring: an analyser at the outlet, a flow meter and an RTU, with four years of operation and maintenance.

Online and logged
Readings sent online and to our platform, every upload logged with the reply.
Four years of O&M
Cleaning, calibration and repairs by our field team from Sirsa through the four-year operation and maintenance period.
Why it worked
- One team on the plant since 2019, which knew its outfall and its pipework
- Our Sirsa base is in the same district
- Maintenance is part of the contract, so the station is looked after, not only installed
