OCEMS for industries and ETPs
Effluent monitoring at the ETP outlet, connected to CPCB and your state board
Industries that discharge effluent are asked to monitor it online and send the data to CPCB and their state board. In Haryana the NGT's November 2025 order requires units discharging more than 10 KLD to install OCEMS for pH, flow, BOD, COD and TSS, and units below 10 KLD to fit flow meters and web cameras at the outlet. In Punjab, PPCB's Online Monitoring Cell watches connectivity round the clock.
We supply the analysers and the flow meter, install our data logger, register the station on the portals and keep it sending.

What we install at an ETP
- Outlet effluent quality
- COD, BOD, TSS, TOC, turbidity and temperature from one optical probe, and a pH electrode, with ranges set to your consented limits.
- Flow at the outlet
- An electromagnetic flow meter on a full pipe, or a Parshall flume with an ultrasonic probe on an open channel.
- Your existing instruments
- Analysers and flow meters already installed can often be read by our data logger over Modbus, so they need not be replaced.
- Both boards from one data logger
- CPCB's OCEMS portal and HSPCB or PPCB, each in its own format.
- Exceedance alerts
- An alert to your plant team when a parameter nears or crosses its limit, so it can be acted on before the board asks.
- Evidence of every upload
- Each submission kept with the data sent and the board's reply.
Who it is for
As a rule; your consent conditions decide what applies to your unit.
- Units in Haryana discharging more than 10 KLD: OCEMS for pH, flow, BOD, COD and TSS
- Units in Haryana below 10 KLD: flow meters and web cameras at the outlet
- Highly polluting industries and CETPs reporting to CPCB
- Industries in Punjab reporting to PPCB
- Textile, dyeing, paper, distillery, dairy, food, chemical and pharmaceutical units with an ETP
From order to live data
Consent and site check
We read your consent to operate and survey the outlet, power and internet.
Installation
Instruments and the data logger panel installed and cabled.
Registration on the portals
The station registered with CPCB and your state board, and its credentials entered in our platform.
Live data and handover
Commissioning is complete when live data is seen on the portals.
Maintenance
Calibration, cleaning and repairs by our field team, under an AMC if you want one.
Questions from industries
Our unit discharges less than 10 KLD. What do we need?
Under the NGT order reported in November 2025, units in Haryana below 10 KLD must fit flow meters and web cameras at the outlet. Send us your consent to operate and we will tell you what applies.
We already have an analyser. Must we replace it?
Not necessarily. If it gives its readings over Modbus we can usually connect it to our data logger; we check it on site first.
Can the same platform take stack or ambient readings?
Yes. Stack and ambient monitoring can report through the same platform; tell us the parameters and we will propose the instruments.
