Telemetry flow meters for borewells
Groundwater abstraction data for the HWRA portal
The Haryana Water Resources Authority (HWRA) requires project proponents - industry, infrastructure and mining - that abstract groundwater to install telemetry on the flow meters on their borewells and share real-time groundwater abstraction data on the HWRA portal.
We supply the flow meter, the telemetry unit and the connection to the portal, with the same field team and monitoring platform that serve our sewage treatment plant installations.

What we supply
- Flow meter on the borewell
- An electromagnetic flow meter sized to the rising main, with its totaliser.
- Telemetry unit
- Reads the meter over RS-485 Modbus, stores readings through an outage and sends them on schedule.
- HWRA portal
- Abstraction data shared on the HWRA portal, as the authority requires.
- Dashboard and reports
- Daily and monthly abstraction, and an alert when a meter stops reporting.
What we need from you
- Borewell details: pipe size, pump capacity and depth
- Power at the borewell, or room for a solar supply
- Mobile coverage or a LAN connection at the site
- Your HWRA permission or application details
